Catering.
Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunches will be provided for all registered
delegates.
Certificate of Attendance.
Participants who might need a certificate of attendance are expected to submit
their full name by using the form provided on the conference kit. Please return
the form by 3 pm on July 27, 2007 (Workshop).
Convention
Presenter.
Speakers or lecturers are expected to register at the Registration Desk upon
arrival. Please hand in your power point or PDF file to the Secretarial Room at
Gedung 40 BATAN, at least half a day prior to the beginning of your session.
Files for the first session of each morning must be handed in during the
previous afternoon. Presenters are asked to preview their slides on the provided
equipment.
Group Photo.
Group photo will be arranged on
Monday morning 23 July 2007 during the morning break.
Mobile Telephones & Pagers.
As a courtesy to other delegates, please ensure that all mobile telephones and
pagers are turned off or in “silent” mode during all sessions and social
functions.
Name Badges and Tickets.
All delegates will be provided with a name badge which should be worn at all
times during the conference. Admission on all sessions, lunches, and tea breaks
is by name and/or tickets.

Transportation.
A shuttle bus will be
provided to transfer the delegates from Puspiptek Guest house to BATAN Nuclear
Centre Site at 08.00 and from BATAN Nuclear Centre Site to Puspiptek Gust house
at 17.00.
