:: General Information for Seminar at Aula Barat - ITB, Bandung

Catering. Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunches will be provided at the Aula Barat for all registered delegates. These are included in the registration fee for all delegates. Morning and afternoon tea will be served at the Poster session venue.

Certificate of Attendance. Participants who might need a certificate of attendance are expected to submit their full name by using the form provided on the conference kit. Please return the form by 3 pm on July 30, 2007 (Seminar).

Conference Dinner. Conference dinner for dinner participants is generously offered by ITB.

Convention Presenter. Speakers are expected to register at the Registration Desk upon arrival. Please hand in your power point or PDF file to the Secretarial Room at Aula Barat ITB, at least half a day prior to the beginning of your session. Files for the first session of each morning must be handed in during the previous afternoon. Presenters are asked to preview their slides on the provided equipment.

Emergency Medical Care. In case of emergency, please contact the Aula Barat reception desk, or any member of the committee immediately.

Group Photo. Group photo will be arranged on Monday morning 30 July 2007 during the morning break.

Internet Access. Wireless access is provided with the proxi setting 167.205.23.15, port 8080.

Message Board.  Participant can leave a message on Message Board adjacent to the Registration Desk. The committee will not provide a message delivery service. Please check the message board regularly.

Mobile Telephones & Pagers.  As a courtesy to other delegates, please ensure that all mobile telephones and pagers are turned off or in “silent” mode during all sessions and social functions.

Name Badges and Tickets. All delegates will be provided with a name badge which should be worn at all times during the conference. Admission on all sessions, lunches, tea breaks and conference dinner is by name and/or tickets. 

Poster Presentations. Poster presentations will be on display on Monday and Tuesday at Aula Barat. Details of presenters can be found in the Program & Abstract book. At the very least, authors are expected to be available for questions at their posters session.

 Registration. The Conference Registration Desk is situated in and will be open at the following times:

 Sunday, 29 July 2007             Basic Science Center A, 1st Floor           15.00-18.00
 Monday, 30 July 2007             Foyer Aula Barat                                   07.30-12.00 

Transportation. A shuttle bus from Savoy Homann Hotel-ITB and return journey will be provided in the morning (07.30) and evening
